GREENFIELD — The month of October means different things to different people. For members of the Hancock County Arts Council, October means membership.

The nonprofit dedicated to fostering arts initiatives in the area is looking to support growing programs by drastically increasing membership, which has largely fallen by the wayside, membership chair Mark Dudley said.
