GREENFIELD — Erica Long’s first 4-H project certainly didn’t lack for originality.
The timid fourth-grader sat quietly in the exhibit hall Tuesday morning, clutching a lamp made almost exclusively from plastic cups.
Erica was among the dozens of 4-H’ers who gathered for the first round of 4-H project judging, which will go on all week leading into the official kickoff of the fair on Friday.
