Rexford Bolen Ashby, 73,died July 19, 2012. He lived in Shirley, Ind., most of his life. He was currently residing in Hanover, Ind. He was the oldest son of Medford & Maudeline Ashby.
Surviving are his wife of over 53 years, Lorna Kay Davisson Ashby. They have two daughters and their spouses; Mace and Lora Leigh Ashby Ferneau, and Mike and Rhonda DeAnne Ashby Snow. They were blessed with three wonderful grandsons; Thomas James Hutchinson, Tyrus Rexford Snow and Landon Clark Ferneau and one great -grand daughter, Cheyenne DeLynn Hutchinson.
A private service was held by his immediate family. His body was laid to rest at Harlan Cemetery in Wilkinson. Arrangements were handled by Condo & Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson, Ind.
