Barbara Jean "Bobbie" Roberts, 84, of Noblesville, died on Saturday, May 19, 2012, at her home following a brief illness. She was born on April 17, 1928, in Oolitic, Ind., to Olin and Ethel (Colvin) Roberts.
Barbara owned and operated the former Fashion Boutique in Lapel with her deceased husband, Harry.
She is survived by two sons, Eugene (Kristy) Roberts of Cicero and
Gary (Tish) Roberts of Clearwater Beach, Fla.; seven grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harry Roberts; one son, Clyde Roberts; one brother and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. on Monday, May 21, 2012, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel. A graveside service will be held at 4 p.m. on Monday, May 21, 2012, at Brookside Cemetery in Lapel with Pastor Dawn Cuthbert officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.
