Larry F. “Frank” Goode, 69, of Lapel, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012. He was born on Dec. 9, 1942, to the late Henry and Bonnie (Miller) Goode in Oaklandon.
He was a member of the Army National Guard; Fortville American Legion Post 391; and Lapel Lodge No. 625, F. & A.M.
Larry is survived by his wife, Rita (Powell) Goode; children, Donna (Jim) Needham of Anderson, Teresa Hadley of Westfield, Paul Dover of Ingalls; Christina Dover of Fortville, and Eric (companion, Amy Kempers) of Fortville; grandchildren, Ryan Needham, Stephanie Hadley, Stewart Hadley, Braden Dixon, Dallas Addison, Haylea Addison, Christian Partlow, Mackenzie Dover, and Tyler Dover; great-grandchildren, Ava and Cooper Needham; brothers, Ronnie Goode of Indianapolis, Jerry Goode of Fortville, Mike (Darlene) Goode of Cabot, Ark.; and Steve Goode of Poland, Ind.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Joe and Robert Goode; and his first wife Barbara.
Friends may call on Friday, Jan. 20, 2012, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville, with Masonic services beginning there at 7:30 pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow at Crownland Cemetery, Noblesville.
