FORTVILLE — Gleaners Food Bank will bring its mobile food pantry to Fortville from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday. It will be parked at 611 Vitality Drive.
The visit is an alteration of the mobile pantry’s normal schedule for Fortville.
The pantry will be open to the public, and no identification is required to receive food. People are asked to bring their own bags or boxes to pick up their groceries.
The mobile pantry visits two locations in Hancock County. It is in Greenfield from 3 to 5 p.m. the second Monday of each month at the Hancock County Fairgrounds, 620 Apple St.; and it visits Fortville from 10 a.m. to noon on the fourth Saturday of the month from April through September, according to the Gleaners website.
