CUMBERLAND — The Hancock County Community Foundation recently awarded the town of Cumberland a $1,000 grant to help the town conduct its 2019 Youth Police Academy.
The week-long camp offers youth ages 11 to 17 daily team-building and leadership activities, different demonstrations from the officers, hands-on activities and a Hancock County jail tour.
