Painter to offer workshop on palette knife techniques

GREENFIELD — Award-winning artist Patrick Kluesner will teach a workshop on palette-knife painting techniques Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Twenty North Gallery, 20-A N. State St. The class will help artists with intermediate experience gain confidence in using a palette knife to create effects that range from bold layering to sharp, fine lines and highlights. At Home With Us provides winter watercolor session

FORTVILLE — Celebrate the majesty of a cold winter’s morning with this custom, monochromatic tree line watercolor at At Home with Us, 202 S. Main St. All supplies are provided and participants will leave with a completed and matted piece of art for the home or to give as gift. The session meets from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Adult craft club to meet at Sugar Creek library

NEW PALESTINE — By popular demand, the monthly adult craft club will meet from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Sugar Creek Branch Library, 5087 W. U.S. Highway 52.
