Linda’s Gourd Patch Gathering to meet

GREENFIELD — Linda’s Gourd Patch Gathering invites interested persons to its next meeting Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, 200 W. Mckenzie Road. The topic will be gourd necklaces. Rockler Woodworking offers fall projects

INDIANAPOLIS — Rockler Woodworking and Hardware, 8452 Castleton-Corner Dr., offers make-and-take woodworking projects for the month of October. Projects include: a turned pen, a cribbage board, a whiskey barrel stave candle holder and a custom knife. Participants can sign up for any or all of the classes and leave with a completed project after each class. Plans, overview videos and materials will also be available online for those who want to make the projects on their own. Registration for each class is $50. Guild speaker to demo machine
