Community Choir plans Meet & Greet
GREENFIELD — The Greenfield Community Choir will host a “Meet & Greet” at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the Greenfield Christian Church, 23 N. East St. The event coincides with the first rehearsal of the year. Teens and adults are welcome to join; no audition necessary. Ballet to audition adults and children
GREENFIELD — Dance East Ballet Company will hold open auditions for its annual production of the original ballet “Little Things” Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the studio, 28 N. East St. Adult roles to be cast include the father and the magician, Brockenbecker. No dance experience is necessary to perform the family folk dance and pantomime; acting experience is preferred but not required. Children’s roles include rubbish, spiderwebs and little angels. Rehearsals will be Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. Depending on the role, not all performers are needed at every rehearsal. Performances are Dec. 8 and 9 at the Ricks Centre.
