The students — as the wait staff all clad in black pants, white shirts and red aprons — worked to create the ambiance of an Italian restaurant with Italian love songs playing in the background. The menu for the dinner included spaghetti or macaroni and cheese, breadsticks, salad, lemonade or tea and dessert. Parents helped out with food preparation, including the selection of desserts, and clean-up. The dinner brought in a record amount of donations.
