Judy Ann Weaver, 69, of Spiceland passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born January 2, 1949 in Portland, IN to the late Hurley and Clarice (Coon) Cart.
She retired from the South Henry School Corporation after 20 years of service where she was the cafeteria manager at Spiceland Elementary. Judy loved her children, grandchildren, family and friends, family was always first. She enjoyed shopping for crafts, collecting bird houses, gardening and flowers. Judy loved her dog “Chloe”.
She is survived by her husband, Ed Weaver of Spiceland; children, Becky (Bob) Clapp of Sulphur Springs, Rick (Natalie) Weaver of Knightstown; six grandchildren, Justin Weaver, Max Weaver, Kelton Weaver, Kiara Weaver, Kason Weaver and Kinslee Weaver; special nieces, Kim Reason and Tina Simmons, both of Greenfield; several other nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Sandy Collins and brothers, CJ Cart and Terry Cart.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 9, 2018 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Pastor Mark Herbkersman officiating. Burial will follow in Circle Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4- 8 p.m. Thursday, March 8th at the funeral home.
