Violations: C/R — mark working containers (spray bottles) with common name of chemical, corrected; NC/R — repair lights in kitchen storage area that are not working properly, repair flooring in kitchen so smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent, repair coving, clean floors in corners and under equipment where debris has built up, clean walls to remove splatters, to be corrected by April 1; NC — dish machine not up to temperature, to be corrected by April 1.

Violations found: C — sanitizing solution in sani buckets is testing too low, corrected; NC/R — ice scoop at drive-thru must be stored in a clean, protected manner, corrected; NC/R — repair caulking at mop sink, to be corrected by April 1.
Don Rigo Mexican Grill
Location: 1336 N. State St., Greenfield
Type of Inspection: Routine
Violations found: C — cover food in freezer to protect from contamination, to be corrected by Feb. 5; NC/R — ice scoops must not be stored in ice, need paper towels at all hand sinks, corrected; NC — clean hood to remove grease build-up and drippage, remove ice build-up in freezer, to be corrected by April 1.
