Greenfield schedules heavy trash pickup
GREENFIELD — The city of Greenfield plans a two-week program to rid city properties of heavy items. The 36th-annual heavy trash pickup will be as follows:
•April 21, for residents on the east side of State Road 9
•April 28, for residents on the west side of State Road 9.
Trash will only be picked up in the city limits. Items should be placed at the curbside by 7 a.m. No items will be picked up in alleyways. Household trash, TVs, computer monitors, building materials, limbs, tires, oil, batteries and wet paint will not be picked up.
Residents do not have to schedule their pickups, but if they need more information may leave a message at 317-325-1680, and someone will return their call.
