GREENFIELD — The Elks Lodge No. 1720 veterans support group, Stand Down 18, meets 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the lodge, 820 S. State St.
The Elks open their lodge the second Saturday of the month as a gathering place for anyone who has served in the armed forces.
Veterans have the opportunity for computer training/assistance on E-Benefits and My Health, both Veterans Administration websites. There will be a VA-certified attorney available for legal questions and guidance.
Hancock County Veterans Service Officer Bob Workman will be available to discuss veterans’ benefits. There will be a DAV representative for further assistance.
