Violations: C — employee observed breaking raw eggs then touching oven control, handles of utensils, etc., corrected.
Sunrise Bakery
Location: 101 W. Broadway St., Fortville
Type of Inspection: Routine
Violations: C — expired single-serving milk in reach-in cooler, corrected; NC — repair flooring in kitchen, to be corrected by April 1.

The Grill 2
Location: 6621 W. Broadway St., McCordsville
Type of Inspection: Routine
Violations: NC/R — some lights in kitchen not working properly, to be corrected by March 1; C/R — employees need to be trained as to when they need to wear gloves, change gloves, when gloves become soiled, etc., corrected; NC/R — sanitizer water line is leaking, to be corrected by March 1; NC — dish machine gauge is not showing temperature of water reaching 180 degrees, to be corrected by March 1; NC/R — improve cleaning — continue to work on cleaning legs of equipment and tables, floor around table legs in slicer area, to be corrected by March 1.

Violations: C — tongs for customer self-service must be cleaned and sanitized every four hours when in use, corrected.
Little Caesar’s Pizza
Location: 1633 N. State St., Greenfield
Type of Inspection: Routine
Violations: NC — clean wall behind three-compartment sink and rack used to store clean utensils/equipment to remove debris/grime build-up, to be corrected by March 1; NC — gap at exterior back door, to be corrected by March 1.
