FRANKLIN
Lewis L. Glentzer, 79, of Franklin, IN passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis, IN. He was born January 31, 1938 in Portland, IN to Chessel Burdett Glentzer and Nora Frances (Green) Glentzer.
He married Beverly S. (Smith) Glentzer on October 30, 1965 at Mt. Pleasant Christian Church in Greenwood, she survives. He was retired from the mortgage business.
Survivors include his wife Beverly S. (Smith) Glentzer of Franklin, IN; a brother Paul Glentzer (Gracie) of Greenfield, IN and Phillip Glentzer of Greenfield, IN; nephews Michael Glentzer, Kevin Baxter, Rick Glidden, Christopher Glidden, Jeff Lowes, Matthew Smith, Tyler Smith, Dan Venrick, and Joshua Shaffer; nieces Lisa Noble, Kelly Walsh, Tammy Chiamis, and Shari Lowes.
A service will be conducted on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 1:30 PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN where friends may call from 11:30AM on Tuesday till service time at the mortuary. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Greenwood, IN.
