Local preschoolers donate pajama sets

GREENFIELD — Pre-kindergartners at St. Michael School — with help from their 5th grade buddies — teamed up with Scholastic Books and Carter’s children’s clothing store to collect new pajamas. The students exceeded their goal of collecting 100 pairs of pajamas. A total of 110 pajama sets were donated to the Julian Center, an organization dedicated to supporting victims of domestic violence. For every set of pajamas collected, Carter’s will match with another pair of pajamas, and Scholastic Books will donate a book. The pajamas were delivered before the holidays.
