Dance East conducting auditions for ‘Cinderella & More!’ ballet

GREENFIELD — Dance East Ballet Company will audition for “Cinderella & More!” from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday. A mandatory parents meeting will be conducted from 10 to 1:30 a.m. followed by the audition. Director Dana Hart is looking to cast dancers age six and older for the roles of Grasshoppers, Pumpkins and Dragonflies. Casting also will be done for Mazurka. Ten West Center for the Arts offers painting classes for kids

FORTVILLE — Ten West Center for the Arts, 10 W. Church St., offers painting classes at 10 a.m. for toddlers and 4:30 p.m. for elementary age kids the third Thursday of each month through April 19.
