County’s character council to meet

GREENFIELD — The Hancock County Character Council plans a meeting for 7 a.m. Jan. 10 at NineStar Connect, 2243 E. Main St.

The featured speaker will be Allie Medellin, the Jobs for American Graduates specialist for Greenfield-Central High School. Gov. Eric Holcomb has been elected to serve as chairman of the national board of directors for JAG effective Jan. 1. Medellin will explain JAG’s role in the Greenfield area.

Hancock County Character Council meetings are free and open to the public. Breakfast is provided.
