Beef & Boards welcomes all to “Greater Tuna”

INDIANAPOLIS — Fan favorites Eddie Curry and Jeff Stockberger portray all 20 characters in Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre’s production of “Greater Tuna.” This non-musical show introduces audiences to the wacky residents of Tuna, the third-smallest town in Texas “where the Lions Club is too liberal and Patsy Cline never dies.” “Greater Tuna” runs for four weeks only through Jan. 28 at Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre, 9301 Michigan Road. Visit beefandboards.com for show times and ticket prices. For reservations, call the Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre Box Office at 317-872-9664.

Civic Theatre to put on reimagined biblical story

CARMEL — “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” is the reimagining of the biblical story of Joseph who was sold into Egyptian slavery by his 11 brothers, but found favor in the Egyptian court for his ability to interpret dreams. The Elvis-style Pharaoh makes Joseph his right-hand man which is where he is when his father Jacob comes to find him. “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” opens Friday at the Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre, 3 Center Green, and runs through Jan. 7.
