‘Night in Bethlehem’ glimpse into Bible era
GREENFIELD — “Night In Bethlehem” offers a glimpse of everyday life around the time of the birth of Jesus. It runs from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday through Tuesday at Brandywine Community Church, 1551 W. New Road. Guided tour groups head through the stations every 10 minutes or so. Stop by the potter’s shop, try your hand at weaving, and step outside to visit the manger. Holiday Bazaar will help fund playground
McCORDSVILLE — The Christmas Craft Bazaar is set for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday (Dec. 9) at McCordsville United Methodist Church, 6247 W. Broadway, McCordsville.
It will feature more than 30 vendors offering specialty goods for Christmas shopping. All vendor fees will go toward a new playground in memory of Matthew Clegg, a church member who died at the age of 7.
A soup-and-sandwich lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Homemade specialties will be available for $6 per pound. Hot beverages, holiday crafts and gifts also will be on sale.
Santa will attend from 9 to 11 a.m. Those who go are urged to take along cameras for free photos with Santa.
Money raised will support United Methodist Women missions that focus on women’s and children’s needs locally, nationally and internationally.
