GREENFIELD
Sharrie Alford McConnell, 58, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Monday, November 13, 2017. She was born in Greenfield on September 17, 1959, daughter of the late Walter G. Alford and Shirley A. (Holt) Alford.
Sharrie was a graduate of Greenfield Central High School and worked and lived in the Greenfield area her entire life. She enjoyed camping, bonfires and spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband Steve McConnell, son Jason (Jennifer) Brown, grandchildren Sabrina, Landon, Elijah and Carson, Sister Cindy Alford Foster all of Greenfield, Uncle Dr. Richard (Carolyn) Holt of San Antonio Texas and many special nieces, nephews and cousins that were dear to her heart.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son Gary McConnell and sister Connie Alford.
Friends and family are welcome to attend a memorial service and celebration of life open house on Sunday December 3rd from 1:30 – 4:30 pm at the Eden United Methodist Church 2122 E. Eden Rd. Greenfield, IN 46140.
