FORTVILLE — Mt. Vernon High School will host a Welcome Home event for Vietnam and Korean war veterans Friday.
The event begins at 1 p.m. at the high school, 8112 N. County Road 200W, Fortville, and is expected to last until 5 p.m.
Veterans who wish to attend are asked to RSVP to organizer Jennifer Rolland by calling 317-315-6215.
Community members are welcome to attend the event from 4 to 5 p.m.
