Susie Christina (Copeland) Owens, 86 of New Palestine, passed away on Friday, November 17,
2017 at her home in New Palestine.
She was born December 24, 1930 in Oakland City, Indiana to Willard and Pearl Copeland. She has lived in New Palestine for the past 36 years.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years Paul Lee Owens, her parents, Willard and Pearl Copeland and her brother, Willard Copeland.
She is survived by her children, Pamela (Tom) Dimos, Sandra (Bill) Price, Ashley (Rob) Cure, Anthony (Chelsea) Owens, and
Adam (Kim) Owens; 2 grandchildren, Elizabeth (Andrew) Whittaker and Nicholas Dimos; and 8 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters, Beulah Mae Copeland, Thelma Jean Davis and her brother Frank (Linda) Copeland.
Susie was a loving Christian wife, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed quilting, reading, and spending time with her family.
The Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am December 2, 2017 at Community Christian Church, 3123 South 500 West, New Palestine, Indiana.
