Daily Reporter staff recognized at conference

The Daily Reporter design and advertising staffs were recognized for excellence in a statewide contest.

The awards were presented during the Hoosier State Press advertising conference in Indianapolis. Media organizations from around the state that are members of HSPA compete in the annual competition, which recognizes outstanding advertising and marketing campaigns developed by the media organizations for businesses and groups in their areas.

The Daily Reporter, owned by AIM Media Indiana, brought home 24 awards — 12 first-place, six second-place and six third-place. Spirit to Survive, a publication highlighting how families cope with cancer, was named Best of Show.

Overall, AIM Media Indiana newspapers won 126 awards.
