Andrew J. “Drew” Schwier, 26, formerly of New Palestine, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, September 7, 2017. He was born on May 17, 1991 in Beech Grove, Indiana as the son of Randy and Beth (Clary) Schwier.

He graduated from New Palestine High School in 2009, and attended Bethel College in Mishawaka, IN. He played soccer while studying at both schools.

He worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs in administration; however, his passion was for Indiana sports. A self-taught entrepreneur and avid sports fan, Drew started a company called Vintage 317 specializing in vintage sports clothing. He was known for always having a garage full of memorabilia and clothing and loved having people over to shop his collection. Drew attended Brookville Road Community Church. He loved Jesus, his family and friends, his hometown of New Palestine, his state, and his country. He was so very full of life and will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his parents, Randy and Beth Schwier; siblings, Jackson, Tucker, Ezra, Daisy and Lilly; and grandmothers, Kay Clary of Indianapolis, and Delores Schwier of Fountaintown.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Robert Clary and Byron Schwier.
