GREENFIELD — The eighth-annual Carolyn Johnson “Scholarship for Tomorrow’s Teacher” fundraiser will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 25 at the Hancock County Community Foundation, 312 E. Main St., Greenfield.
Carolyn Johnson was a teacher, coach and athletics director at Eastern Hancock School Corp. Her 76th birthday would have been Aug. 3, and promoters of the fundraiser are trying to obtain at least 76 donations and birthday cards in her memory.
