Casting call for local filmmaker 5 After 5

GREENFIELD — 5 After 5 Productions will hold a casting call for a film version of Stephen King’s short story, “The Man Who Loved Flowers,” from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Hancock County Public Library, 900 W. Locker décor workshop offered for teens at library

GREENFIELD/NEW PALESTINE – Teens in grades 6 through 12 are invited to a workshop on creating locker decorations for their new school lockers. Teens can design and create magnets and locker organizers to reflect their personalities. The workshop meets from 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Hancock County Public Library, 900 W. Dance East Ballet now registering for fall

GREENFIELD – Dance East Ballet Academy, 28 N. East St., is now taking registration for fall dance classes. The studio is open from 5 to 8 p.m. July 27 for walk-in registration for new and returning dancers. Kid’s theater auditions ‘Sahara Nights’ set for play

GREENFIELD — KidsPlay children’s theatre will conduct auditions for 3rd through 8th graders for its fall production of “Sahara Nights” by Wade Bradford from 6 to 9 p.m. Aug. 8 and 9. First-time auditioners should come prepared with an audition monologue of one minute or less. Auditions will be conducted at the KidsPlay Dungeon on the lower level of the Memorial Building at 98 East North Street in Greenfield.
