FORTVILLE
Marian D. Taulman, 92, of Fortville, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Pleasant View Lodge in McCordsville. She was born December 19, 1924 in Ingalls, IN to the late Wilbur and Ruby (Wynn) Davis.
Marian graduated from the old Fortville High School, was a member of the Fortville United Methodist Church and Psi Iota Xi Sorority. She was the Children’s Librarian at the Fortville-Vernon Township Library.
Marian is survived by children: Gary W. (Beverly) Taulman of Mississippi; Jeffrey K. (Carol) Taulman of Fortville and Debra D. Simmons of Oaklandon; 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Marian was preceded in death by her husband Raymond in 1996 and grandson Shawn in 2008.
A service to celebrate Marian’s life will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. Friends may call from 11:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
