Nickelplate Players present ‘girl power’ musical with “Ten Pin Alli”

LAWRENCE – Presented by the Nickel Plate Players, this “Girl Power” musical runs through July 30 at the Theater at the Fort, 8920 Otis Ave. Ace bowler extraordinaire, Bernie Bostock, has been killed in a motorcycle crash. His girlfriend Alli (a.k.a. Ten Pin Alli, because she is an amazing bowler) is the only one who can replace him if the men’s team is going to win the city-wide tournament. One problem: no girls are allowed on the men’s team – and guess what happens next! Visit artsforlawrence.org for a link to ticket information.
