Master Gardeners get ‘the butterflies’

GREENFIELD — The public is invited to the Hancock County Master Gardeners’ monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. July 27, at the Hancock County Extension Office, 802 N. Apple St. where the topic will be butterflies. This month’s feature, a video titled “Flight of the Butterflies,” is a follow-up to May’s presentation of “Raising Monarch Butterflies.” Past president Vicki Snarr will moderate the video. KidsPlay to audition for ‘Sahara Nights’

GREENFIELD — KidsPlay children’s theatre will hold auditions for third- through eighth-graders for its fall production of “Sahara Nights” by Wade Bradford from 6 to 9 p.m. August 8 and 9. First-time auditioners should come prepared with an audition monologue of one minute or less. Auditions will be held at the KidsPlay Dungeon on the lower level of the Memorial Building at 98 E. Belfry auditions for ‘Done to Death’ in Noblesville

NOBLESVILLE — The Hamilton County Theatre Guild will hold auditions for “Done to Death” at 6 p.m. July 30 and 7 p.m. July 31 at the Belfry, 10690 Greenfield Ave. Auditioners should prepare a one-minute monologue.
