FOOD SAFETY INSPECTIONS
The Hancock County Health Department inspects restaurants four times annually and violations are determined as “C” for critical, “NC” for noncritical and “R” for repeated violations. The following inspections are based on information obtained from Retail Food Inspection Reports.

Violations found: C — expired Landshire sandwiches, corrected.

Jim Dandy
Location: 80 W. McKenzie Road, Greenfield
Type of Inspection: Routine
Violations found: C/R — clam chowder on buffet not hot enough, corrected/removed; NC — remove “fuzzies” on cord of hanging outlet above food prep table, also clean containers holding drink lids in waitress area, to be corrected by Aug. 1; NC — clean under counters in waitress area, floors and legs of equipment, to be corrected by Aug. 1.
Domino’s Pizza
Location: 1202 N. State St., Greenfield
Type of Inspection: Routine
Violations found: C/R — working containers/spray bottles storing cleaners must be labeled with common name, corrected; C — employee health reporting policy was not complete, corrected.
