GREENFIELD — Police have served the final arrest warrant issued to them last week as part of a sweep to round up people suspected of dealing drugs, records show.
Kristina L. Fogle, 28, 709 Laurel Lane, Fortville, was booked into the Hancock County Jail on Monday.
She faces: one Level 5 felony count of corrupt business influence; one Level 6 felony count of dealing a Schedule 3 controlled substance; one Level 6 felony count of dealing a Schedule 3 controlled substance; one Class A misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance; and one Class A misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance.
Fogle was one of nine people accused of dealing or conspiring to deal and charged last week in a sweep led by the Greenfield Police Department, officials said.
Eight of the accused were arrested July 6. A warrant for Fogle’s arrest was pending until Monday, records show.
She appeared in Hancock Circuit Court on Tuesday morning and pleaded not guilty to the charges she faces. She’d been released from jail on $2,000 by Tuesday afternoon, records show.
