Valarie ‘Connie’ Helloise Little
Valarie “Connie” Helloise Little, 94, of Walnut Ridge, Ark., passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2017, at her residence. Born July 21, 1922, in Indiana, as the daughter of Carl and Bessie Stroud Hancher.
Survived by her sister, Phyllis Hancher Searles of Fortville; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Pete Little; second husband, William “Bill” Little; two brothers, Carl Jr. and Kenneth Hancher; two sisters, Lavern Hancher Caster and Barbara Hancher Ford.
Visitation will be held from Noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 1, in the Chapel at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, 9088 W. 1025 S., Fortville. Services will take place immediately following the visitation at 2 p.m. Pastor Don Brewer will be officiating. Burial will follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery.
