Club prepares for Hancock County 4-H fair

HANCOCK COUNTY — The Country Kritters conducted their monthly meeting June 6 at the Jordon residence. Members brought donations for the Hope House as a community service project.

The club discussed the Hancock County 4-H Fair activities, as well as its annual summer party. Demonstrations were given by Hailey Hedrick on how to show a pig, Gracie Johnson on dog grooming, Kaitlyn Lowes on how to ear tag a cow or calf, Karly Lowes on how to put earrings in, Ellie Meyer on how to make a paper flower craft and Isabel Garcia on how to make a rubber band bracelet.

After the meeting, members played several games and enjoyed root beer floats.
