Donald R. Breese, 82, passed away Monday, June 5, 2017, in Ft. Myers, Fla. He was born on Nov. 8, 1934, in Greenfield, to the late Chester and Violet Breese.
On Aug. 7, 1953, Don married his beloved wife, Carol Jane (Kidwell) Breese. Together they had four children. He worked for Ford Motor Company until his retirement in 1986. Don and Jane split their time between Greenfield and Ft. Myers Beach, Fla., and enjoyed a life full of family, friends, tennis and sailing.
Don is survived by his wife, Jane; sister, Barbara Breese; brother, Larry (Roberta) Breese; sons, Doug (Judy) Breese and Greg (Maureen) Breese; daughters, Carol (John) Steele and Kathy (Tim) Trautmann; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
