Teen with special needs found safe

    GREENFIELD — A teen with special needs who ran away from his home Tuesday morning has been found safe after a 30-minute search, police said.

    The boy, who has autism, took off into a wooded area near the home after a disagreement with a caregiver, investigators said. 

    He was found in a wooded area a short ways away, police said.
