Kimberly Dawn Canady
Kimberly Dawn Canady, 39, of Greenfield, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, May 31, 2017, at Community Hospital East of Indianapolis. born December 21, 1977, in Shawnee, OK the daughter of Kim Thomas Mills and Michelle Faye (Wimmer) Mills.
She was a 1996 graduate of Monroe Central High School of Parker City, and received her A.S. degree from Ivy Tech and her B.S. from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2016.
Dawn was working as a Registered Nurse with Riverview Hospital of Noblesville. She had also worked with Bickford of Carmel, Reid Health and Hospital of Richmond, and Hancock Regional Hospital.
She leaves to cherish her memory a loving husband, Gabriel “Gabe” S. Canady; a son, Samuel Allen Waters; her mother, Michelle Fay McNees (John Smith); and father and mother-in-law, Jerry and Rhonda Canady of Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her father; and stepfather, Jack L. McNees.
A service to celebrate Dawn’s life will be 2 p.m. Monday, June 5, at the Farmland Friends Church, 8311 W. State Rd. 32 Farmland, IN 47340. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery of Maxville, IN. Family and friends may gather to share and remember from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 4, at Thornburg Memorial Chapel of Parker City.
