GREENFIELD — Police are looking for information about a man they believe broke into several unlocked cars overnight Monday in Greenfield’s Keystone subdivision.

Greenfield Police officers fielded a call Tuesday from a homeowner whose security cameras caught the suspect as he tried to enter an unlocked pick-up truck in the neighborhood on the city’s east side.

Anyone with information is asked to call 317-477-4410.

Police are reminding residents to lock their vehicles at night to deter would-be thieves. All valuables, including purses, electronics and money, should be removed from cars at night. If parking on the street, park in a well-lit area.
