James Beaumont “Beau” Adams, 49, of New Palestine, passed away April 28, 2017. He was born October 13, 1967 in Greenfield, to Ronald Adams and Georgia Bundy-Petrarca.

After completing his education, James worked as a carpenter for the Union and served as the Vice President of the Carpenter’s Local 758, recently changed to the Local 103. He was a Delegate in national affairs for the Carpenter’s Union and was known affectionately as “Beau” by his union brothers. He was a Past Worshipful Master of “Wayne Guthrie’s Masonic Lodge 753”in Indianapolis and also a drummer in the Shriners Highlanders. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and lived life to the fullest; enjoying each and every moment he shared with his family and friends.

James is survived by his father, Ronald Adams and stepmother, Tamey (Frey) Adams; mother, Georgia Bundy-Petrarca and stepfather, Charles Petrarca; brothers, Ronald R. Adams, Brett W. Adams; as well as two stepbrothers, Casey T. Wills and Koby G. Wills.

Services for James will be held at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3, with visitation from 3 to 5 p.m., prior to service at Hendryx Mortuary – Cumberland Chapel, 11636 East Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. A celebration of life will follow at the Round The Corner Pub’s Annex Building, 19 S Bittner Rd, New Palestine, IN 46163.
