HANCOCK COUNTY — Interstate 70 exit ramp closures starting April 28 will bring more traffic to the Mt. Comfort exit.
Milestone Contractors plans to close the eastbound I-70 ramp — or exit 91 — to Post Road from 9 p.m. April 28 until 6 a.m. May 1 for concrete paving and patching on the ramp.
During the closure, exiting traffic will be directed to continue eastbound to Mt. Comfort Road and return westbound on I-70 to access Post Road.
All lanes of eastbound I-70 will remain shifted to the left between Interstate 465 and Post Road as construction continues on the $2.3 million project to build an additional lane on eastbound Interstate 70 between I-465 and Post Road on the east side of Indianapolis.
