Helen Eastes Kottlowski, 89, of New Palestine passed away April 6, 2017. Helen was born May 18, 1927, to Virgil and Ethel (Raesner) Logan.
Surviving are her daughters, Teri Eastes Gunst and Janis Eastes; grandchildren, Anne Gunst and David Gunst; sister-in-law, Mary Lou (Jack) Berger; nieces, Branda Spencer, Suzie Spencer, and Vicki (Ken) Yarbrough; nephews, Dan (Teresa) Berger, and Tim (Martina) Berger; stepsons, Don (Rose Marie) Kottlowski, Dan (Karen) Kottlowski, Roger (Michele) Kottlowski, Randy (CharleneA) Kottlowski; and the Kottlowski grandchildren, Andy, Tom, Steve, Tim, Aaron, Laura, Kelly, Christopher, Julie, Mary, and Jon.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, William and Blanche Raesner and Ralph and Carrie Logan; her husband of 49 years, Wayne Eastes; her husband, Donald Kottlowski; and her sister, Jean Spencer.
Visitation will be from 2 to 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 12, including a memorial service beginning at 3:30 p.m. at New Palestine United Methodist Church, New Palestine, IN.
Memorial contributions in honor of Helen may be sent to New Palestine United Methodist Church or New Palestine Zion Lutheran Church.
