GREENFIELD — Police have released the name of the man found dead in his Greenfield home Friday night after an hours-long incident involving the SWAT team.
Larry Cluck, 48, was found dead in his home in the Indigo Springs addition Friday shortly after 9 p.m.; Cluck, who died from an apparent suicide, had been named the suspect in a sexual assault case earlier that day.
Police officers who went to question him around 5 p.m. called for backup after Cluck, who family members warned was heavily armed, did not answer the door. They searched the home with a robotic camera before entering the home. Cluck was found in an upstairs bedroom and was pronounced dead at the scene.
