McCORDSVILLE — Meijer has confirmed May 2 will be the opening day of its new supercenter in McCordsville, though a store-owned gas station on the same property will begin accepting customers next week.
Doors to the new store, located in the southeast corner of Broadway and Carroll Road in McCordsville, will officially open at 7 a.m. May 2. The Meijer gas station that shares the property will officially open April 6, officials said.
Meijer operates more than 200 stores and employs more than 70,000 people in five states, according to the corporate website. The 193,000-square-foot store in McCordsville will employ some 300 people, officials said.
