Benny K. Morris, 74, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born August 26, 1942 in Macon, GA., to the late Lingo and Mildred (Bridges) Morris.
Following high school Benny immediately joined the U.S. Air Force. Benny was a maintenance supervisor for the Walmart Corporation for many years prior to his retirement. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family and friends. He was well known for being an “excellent supervisor” as his family worked in the garden.
He is survived by his son; Matthew (Sarah Cooper) Morris of Greenfield.
Benny was preceded in death by his parents listed above, wife; Ruby Morris and brother Bob Morris.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to Noon, Tuesday March 28, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, IN 46140. Funeral will be Noon at the funeral home with burial immediately following at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
