GREENFIELD — Hancock Regional Hospital plans to host a workshop about making better choices for elders.
“Better Choices, Better Health,” a six-week self-management workshop offered by CICOA Aging and In-Home Solutions, helps people to live well while dealing with chronic health conditions.
The workshop will be from 9:30 a.m. to noon on Fridays from March 17 through April 21 at the hospital. A $10 fee covers the workshop, workbook, CD and lunch.
The interactive wellness workshop, developed by Stanford University’s School of Medicine, is open to anyone interested in developing new tools and skills to find relief from pain, fatigue and other symptoms. Caregivers and relatives are also welcome.
