GREENFIELD – Hancock County Extension Homemakers hosts two informational programs Thursday.

“Using Humor to Relieve Stress” and “Chronic Pain” will be at 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Purdue Extension Office, 802 N. Apple St., Greenfield.

Susan Peterson, Hamilton County educator, will share ways to use laughter as stress relief. Megan Addison, Hancock County educator, will speak about chronic pain: learning how to identify it, telling the difference between chronic pain and acute pain and defining treatment options.

Handouts relating to both subjects and light refreshments will be available. All extension programs are available to the public. To RVSP or for questions, contact 317-462-1113 or [email protected].
