Homer E. Duncan, 95, of Indianapolis, died after a brief illness, with family who loved him at his side on Jan. 22, 2017, at Community East Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born October 26, 1921, in Globe, Ky., son of Benton and Janie (Fultz) Duncan.
Survivors include his sons, Lowell and Lee (Tonya); and daughter, Shirley (Steve).
He was preceded in death by his wife, Herta; son, Norville; and daughter, Helen (Ray).
A private service was held Jan. 25, 2017. Pastor Brian Sigg officiated with Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East handling arrangements. Entombment followed at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis.
