Judy Ann Decher, 70 of Indianapolis, Indiana died on February 8, 2017 at Tidwell Hospice House, in Bradenton, Fla. She was born February 28, 1946, to the late Russell E. and Myrtle Decher West.
She is survived by her son, Patrick (Clorissa) Quillin, Jr of Greenfield, Ind.; daughter, Shallis Quillin of Bloomington, Ind.; granddaughter, Alex Quillin; siblings, Dora Ann Decher, and Justus Decher.
She was proceeded in death by siblings, Russell Decher, Jr. and Ronald Decher.
Cremations has been taken place at Alan Moore/ Ellenton Funeral Home, in Ellenton, Florida.
